Legal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Accurately stores and tags documentation within Contract Management systems, and interprets contract terms.
  • Runs reports from Contract Management Systems.
  • Locates, reviews, and records information stored about contracts on an ad hoc basis, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Law, Legal Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a similar corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Above average to excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
  • Has strong understanding of Contract Management
  • Experience with Ariba or other contract management platform is an advantage.
  • Must be amenable to working on night shift schedule and Philippine holidays.

HR Associate

Job Description

Implements the approved HR plans and program by delivering the following HR services:

  • Hires the right number of employees, at the right time.
  • Facilitates On-boarding Training.
  • Creates and updates 201 File.
  • Monitors performance of all new hirees by conducting monthly HR Meeting and issuing performance appraisal
  • Responds to queries and request in HR Helpdesk.
  • Provides assistance in employee engagement program, labor relations and benefits administration.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • With at least  one year experience in HR as HR Generalist
  • Fresh graduates willing to be trained in all HR facets are welcome to apply
  • Required skill(s): excellent interpersonal, outstanding oral and writtent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work six(6) times a week
