Legal Assistant

Job Description:

  • Accurately stores and tags documentation within Contract Management systems, and interprets contract terms.
  • Runs reports from Contract Management Systems.
  • Locates, reviews, and records information stored about contracts on an ad hoc basis, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Law, Legal Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a similar corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Above average to excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms.
  • Has strong understanding of Contract Management
  • Experience with Ariba or other contract management platform is an advantage.
  • Must be amenable to working on night shift schedule and Philippine holidays.
